On track for October groundbreaking!

We are excited to share that we have submitted our application for a grading permit — a key step in the permitting process — and we remain on track for a groundbreaking ceremony this October!

What is a grading permit?

A grading permit is the official city authorization that allows us to begin preparing our land — clearing the site, shaping the earth, and putting erosion controls in place. It is one of the first steps before construction can begin, and applying for it means our project is moving forward.
